To view BOOKING form submissions:

  • Login to the site
  • Tap the ‘view booking form submissions‘
  • A new tab will open
  • Wait a few seconds
  • Any new or old submissions will load

To View a Submission

  • Hover over the submission you want to see
  • Click Edit
  • Submission will open

To view CONTACT form submissions:

  • Login to the site
  • Tap the ‘view booking form submissions‘
  • A new tab will open
  • Wait a few seconds
  • Any new or old submissions will load

To View a Submission

  • Hover over the submission you want to see
  • Click Edit
  • Submission will open

Edit an EXISTING PAGE on the site

  • Login to the site
  • Tap the ‘edit an existing page on the site‘
  • It will take you to the pages section at the back of your site
  • Hover over the page you wish to edit
  • Click Edit with WPBakery Page Builder

To edit a page

  • When Edit with WPBakery Page Builder has loaded, you can edit any of the on-screen items by clicking the pencil icon
  • When finished, click update on the top right corner

The date picker function uses ‘Ninja Forms‘

  • Login to the site
  • Tap the ‘Block a date on the booking form‘
  • A new tab will open
  • Wait a few seconds

How to work the system

  • Once you click on the button the editable form will load
  • Click on “Proposed tour start date“
  • On the right side, go to “Date/Time Restriction Settings“
  • You now have three options

You can either

  1. Date/Time Restriction Settings
    1. This means you can restrict the amount of humans who can send a submission on any given day. For now, I’ve that turned off.
  2. Manually Enable/Disable Dates
    I have this enabled for now

    1. To ‘block’ a date, tap on the date to turn it blue
    2. Go to the top right
    3. Tap Done
    4. Tap Publish
    5. Wait a few seconds for the change to be made on the front end.
  3. Enable ONLY these dates
    Works the opposite was to manually enable
